Here is how a trip comes together with us, from the first hello to the day you head home.

01 / Conversation

We start with a conversation, by call or email, whichever suits you. You share where you are dreaming of, who is coming, your rough dates, and a budget that feels comfortable. We listen for the details that matter, the pace you like, the things you care about, and the moments you want to remember. There is no cost and no commitment at this stage.

02 / Design

Before we begin designing, we will walk through any applicable concierge fees, so you always know what to expect. Then we shape a proposal built around what we heard, with stays, routing, and the timing that makes a trip flow. You will see clear options with the local touches that make it feel personal. We refine it together, adjusting until it fits, then handle the details and the logistics for you.

03 / Departure

Before you leave, everything is confirmed and organized, with your itinerary and the details you will need for your journey. We will flag anything worth knowing before you go. While you travel, you have someone who knows your trip and can help if plans shift.

Good to know

  • Reach out early, since the best stays and experiences book up well in advance.

  • Check your passport early. Many countries require it to be valid for at least six months beyond your trip, so confirm the expiration date and renew if needed.

  • Before you leave, make sure your passport and travel documents are in hand and ready to go.

  • We recommend travel insurance on every trip and are glad to point you toward options.

  • If you have a preferred airline or loyalty program, tell us, so we can keep it in mind where possible.

  • Let us know about any accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, and food allergies, along with anything else we should plan around.

  • Trips are booked through trusted suppliers, and their deposit, payment, and cancellation terms apply to your itinerary, which we will always make clear before anything is confirmed.

  • When we deliver your itinerary and booking confirmations, give them a review and let us know right away if anything needs an update.
